How do we work?
• Production of the research design and field work plan
• The research instrument will be developed in close cooperation with the client
• Selection of respondents is made on the basis of the selection criteria set by the client
• Respondents will be approached to participate in the study by our team
• The respondents will be interviewed at a location at his/her convenience. For focus groups a neutral location will be selected
• The qualitative interviews will be recorded with the permission of the respondents
• The trained interviewer/moderator will ask questions according to the topic guide and will go in-depth on answers given by the respondent.

Data Processing
• Data processing starts with transcribing (verbatim) the interviews.
• The data will be analyzed by experienced researchers
